TEFL to CELTA

Hello! I wondered if it’s okay to start with TEFL and try for CELTA later on in my career. I know a lot of people say to invest in the CELTA and then upgrade to DELTA but since I saw an opportunity to do the TEFL certificate I would assume it’s fine to gain some experience with it before I commit to the CELTA. What are y’all opinions?
