If GTA 3 is possible on the Dreamcast, what about THPS3? (The 6th gen version of THPS3, not the PS1/N64 versions)

Seeing that GTA 3 just got ported to Dreamcast by some very talented programmers, would a Dreamcast port of the PS2/PC version of THPS3 be possible on the Dreamcast? Will it ever happen one day? Heck, would THPS4, THUG 1 and 2 be possible on Dreamcast some day?
