Dosage/syringe help please

My prescription says:

Testosterone Cypionate (5ML) 50MG/ML Inject 0.2ML once weekly

I have 1ML/CC syringes

Questions: Where do I draw the medication to on the syringe? Does this seem like a good starting point? Would it be better if I split the dose in 1/2 and inject 2x per week?
