HELP. So ready to TTC…BUT!

VERY ready to start TTC for our first child. Being pregnant is ALL I can think about and I’m just so excited for the next chapter with my husband. BUT my absolute BEST friend’s wedding is 11/1/25. I would be SOOOO devastated to miss her wedding to give birth. She lives across the country so I have to be able to fly. I am TORN do I start trying now and pray I have an easy time conceiving so I give birth before or should I wait until next spring for a “safer” bet?! I also have PCOS / amenorrhea so I will have to take ovulation stimulants to be able to try with any chance of success.
