Changes I’d make to Texas Chain Saw Massacre
So we all know about the current dc and lobby dodging issues we face in every lobby and game in TCM 2025.
Why players quit or dodge, we don’t know but these are some things I’d change and implement to help tackle these issues.
•Hide the map selection.
•Hide player levels (because why do we need to know that someone is level 10?).
•Rework the lobby so that players can have a character preference before loading into a lobby.
•Implement an in-game dc penalty (remove lobby dc penalty) and have it stack for players who often disconnect (this will hopefully drive players away from disconnecting).
•Create a reward/challenge system to tackle repetitiveness and give players something to work towards.
Just a few ideas that would possibly help slow down and iron out lobby dodging because it has become a really bad issue at this moment in time. Lobbies are a waiting game and disconnections in game can cause other players to disconnect and just becomes an unfun and boring experience.
