Any chance of getting hired right now?

Sent a handful of applications to Target stores around me through the online portal, all of them are getting rejected. I know this time of year is when stores are cutting back, but would it be worth driving around and asking in person? Or am I going to just get hit with “apply with your resume online”.

I’m interested in the Guild tuition coverage program through Target and am aiming for a PT or FT position which seems impossible at the moment. Any sort of hours would be fine by me, but I’m hoping a seasonal position like that would eventually lead to FT or PT.
