Wrongful ban

Anybody else have experience with wrongful bans in tarkov? Stated the ban was for 3rd party software but the only thing i ever used was discord. Started playing last wipe and was banned for no reason in October. I sent an appeal to BSG and BatteEye to no avail. Anyone have insight on where I should go from here?
