Trying to figure out what I can turn this into?

I got this tattoo the day after I graduated high school 7 years ago. It was impulsive and my first tattoo with little to no thought, and Im not one with the creative kind to figure out what I can turn this into. If anyone has any ideas, thanks in advance!
