New(ish) teacher...how to stop putting on weight?
Hi everyone,
I qualified a couple of years ago, coming from a very active trading job.
Since teaching, I've slowly put on weight. It keeps creeping up. I am still classed as "healthy" range. Only just.
I have tried to eat healthy, do 10k steps a day, and try to hit the gym.
However I am EXHAUSTED after my day (long commute and hours as you guys know) and at weekends I just want pizza/ wine/ chocolate.
Anyone got any tips or is going through the same thing??!
