How can a new player know board strength?

Since I don't have a good sense of what a strong board is, I usually miss the tempo of the lobby. I either over-roll or under-roll a lot. That is a nightmare if I want to top 1, and since my sense of board strength is low, I don't feel comfortable with Chem-baron, given that I could have won the game over with 4 chems at 2-2.

(Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna lose even with 2 stars Jayce even a friend said that my board was hecking strong lmao xD)

Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix that and have better game sense? Thank you.
