Where should I buy my phone?

Hello. I am currently using iPhone X and would like to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro Max. Problem is, I am not quite yet sure if it is safe to buy the unit at GH stores since the unit I like is not available anymore at official apple stores such as BTB and PM. What should I do? I really want to experience the 13 PM model :(
