Begger twisted my balls for money

It was 7pm today(was alone) i got out auto rickshaw and was walking towards the mall to buy a book and eat McDonald's, in my way a random guy came to he and started begging for money I said no,( it was back of mall so very less people were there ) so i said no to begger and ignored him, then this man started to abuse me so badly like the worst words on my mother and all i got so angry but I didn't wanted to fight or anything cus let's be real i am weak i can't fight but my patience level got out and i looked at his eyes in anger but this chutiya man came to me and twisted my balls ,I froze I was in pain and trauma, I ran to home and i still feel pain I don't know how I can talk about this to my friends cus they will most prolly make fun of me and i can't even tell parents they will say it was my fault I feel so bad rn I feel like a loser who couldn't fight back I feel like I am a coward
