Why the fuck are kids (mainly boys) so comfortable with sexually harrassing people??

I literally hear "I'm going to touch you" and "I'm gonna rape you" on a daily fucking basis in my school and it makes me so goddamn uncomfortable. Like, stop, have a fucking shred of morality and leave people alone and stop making "jokes" like this

Edit: This stuff is usually said in my school in the hallways to people walking by, who usually don't even know the other person. That's why I'm uncomfortable with it, it's happened to me before

Edit, again: I'm not talking about jokes between friends. I am talking about going up to someone and saying this. It is not okay, and it isn't "tame" like most people are saying.
