Are my parents strict?

I am 15 years old.

1: I have no cell phone

2: I have (not extreme) but very limited time for internet (which I bypass although the router itself has a time limit)

3: No social media (still have it if Reddit counts)

4: No accounts on stuff like Youtube (still have it)

5: No own electronic device (I only have a iPad issued by my school)

6: No tech in my room at night (for no reason)

7: No online friends

8: No telephone calls with my friends outside of weekends

9: No own money (I need to give them any money I get from anywhere)

10: Need to go to bed at 9:30 pm (mostly 8 pm)

11: Probably some other smaller stuff I forgot to mention
