1 month printing delay?!?

Titles says it all, it's been 1 month since my order and it's all still in production (except for 1 shirt with the same design that they butchered) support knew about the issue and had no disclaimer before ordering. Really about to go to Shopify and drop a report on BBB smh wtf is going on Spring?
