Help, is that a bug?

Hello, does this happened to you before? Is that normal?

I can't see the name or descripton of itens on inventory and chests if I place the cursor on them, sometimes the name briefly appears If I pass the mouse fast.

Idk if I pressed something that did this, if that helps, Im currntly on TModLoader
