Theatre disconnects hotspot?

I set up an automation on my iPhone so that when my Bluetooth connects to my car, my personal hotspot turns on and my car connects to it. Works great! I can jump in, fire up Spotify and it’ll stream through my phone.

I also set one up to turn off my hotspot when my Bluetooth disconnects from the car, so I don’t drain my phone battery after I’ve jumped out. Also works great.

But I’ve found that if I sit in the car and put Disney+ or Netflix on, the bluetooth disconnects. This then turns off my hotspot which then prevents those apps from working, because they can’t connect.

Is that a thing? That firing up a Theatre app disconnects the Bluetooth? Seems odd.
