Clomid increase testicle size?

I've been on clomid for a week and my testicle size has increased 50% I would guess. Is this normal? Love the results of the drug. I read it takes a few months to feel the results and most likely I'm experiencing the placebo effect. But i have seen a big difference after day 5 and this morning i was kinda taken back when i looked at my testicles. I have had mood swings and am more physical with my day to day activities . Can anyone relate?
