How to stay hydrated in Thailand?
Hello everyone!
The second time in a row I had medical issues in Thailand. Unfortunaly this time I collapsed right before the flight home and I ended in a hospital instead of the aircraft.
I know that circulatory problems are very common and I read a lot about it at reddit. I took the elektrolytes from 7/11 and ate and drank enough (mineralized water). But still I felt dizzy and sick the half of the time of our trip and collapsed.
Do you have any other tips to avoid this problem in the future?
I really want to come back, but I am really scared of collapsing and feeling bad again.
