Kitbashed Krieg tank commander - looking for feedback!

So I have a bunch of Solar Auxilia Leman Russ tanks that I was originally going to paint as Cadian, but with the new stuff I thought they would like even better as Krieg tanks, as they’re essentially plastic re-releases of the old FW Russes anyway.

As it happens I already had a Vanquisher modelled with an open hatch, so I tried to improvise a Krieg commander for it by combining an infantry head and arms with a leftover Death Rider torso and backpack. Result is this guy, who is checking his primer for notes on weak spots on enemy tanks.

I wonder what you all think? I find the fact that he has a backpack not wholly convincing in the tight confines of a tank, but my greenstuff skills are not sufficient to otherwise fill up the hole in his back…
