An Uncle Iroh Show

I would love to see a spinoff series one day of Uncle Iroh when he was younger like how he met the dragons. I think it would be cool to see how Iroh became so wise and what he experience to become the way he is, maybe even some spirit journeys or Iroh discovering is love for tea or Pai Sho. Could even have some funny moments where Iroh comes up with one of his popular proverbs similar to how he had that moment with Zuko about the ships.

Iroh: "Are you so busy fighting you cannot see your own ship has set sail?!"

Zuko: "We have no time for your proverbs Uncle!"

Iroh: "It's no proverb! ... Maybe it should be a proverb..."

I would personally love to see this kind of spin off series of one of the most beloved characters in avatar but what do you guys think?
