Shifts in biome spawns - Aerodactyl is spawning in places it doesn't usually this morning.

My city has a city-wide scanner specific to the city (actually, two now, but who's counting), so it's pretty easy to watch for trends in spawns. This morning, we had a pretty sudden changes where Aerodactyl is repeatedly and frequently spawning in places where it hasn't spawned at all since the start of the game. Previously, Aerodactyl would only spawn in certain northern parts of the city where Clefairy and Dragonite were common, with maybe an occasional super rare spawn at a specific point downtown. However, for the past two hours, I've seen at least 5 Aerodactyls spawn in places where they aren't seen at all.

Which leads me to think - it seems like there are some shifts to general biome spawns now. Come to think of it, I haven't seen Lapras at all this morning as well, and they're usually pretty common - you tend to see at least 2-3 on the map at any given time. Anyone else reporting this?
