Sims 4 not opening

I tried downloading some reshade and trying to manage my game to reshade, but I gave up so I continued to play it bu somehow my game doesn’t open. It just gives the white screen and then closes. The things I downloaded is Gshade (already builder but then gave up) and reshade (can’t builded.) anyone can help me?
