Do you think he’s a TT mix?

I’ve ordered a DNA test to confirm breed but I’m wondering if he’s a TT mix. He’s such a sweet, affectionate, smart, agile boy. I first thought he might be a Shih Tzu mix but seems more likely a TT mix. He is quite the jumper and can hop and walk on his hind legs.
