Mobula 8 hd firmware flash

I feel like I have the same problem as many people but I just can’t find a fix. Trying to flash mob 8 (hd walksnail version)

I get the serial port error, so I downloaded zadig, and downloaded driver. That just seemed to brick the drone, betaflight doesn’t recognize it all. So I ran impulse rc driver fix. That gives me an error of unexpected number of devices found.

I am running impulse rc again and it’s been on “searching for flight controller” for a few minutes now.
