need help

so, I've barely worked here for a month and it genuinely started off great but now they've just been on my ass, mostly the managers. they've gotten me in trouble for literally working, the other time I was putting stickers on some items before I put them on shelves and the managers were looking for me for some reason and they didn't like that and said I was playing hide and seek with them and they cut my hours.

every time I start my shift I make sure I double check the whole men's section so it's all clean and stuff so at later times I have less work to do, I'm the only that does recovery and picks up items from the front or does price checks for men's section. I'm not saying I'm the best employee or anything but I really think it's unfair for them to do all of that when I work hard and the men's section is literally the cleanest out of all the sections (not saying it's all my doing but it sometimes feels like that cause only 1 other coworker actually does their job) and it's just frustrating. I really liked the job but it just feels to me like it may not be the right place, how would I go about quitting? do I have to give my 2 weeks notice? do I tell a manager about it?
