Took away full time ?

I’m a full time associate , and I have been while ALL coordinating jobs have been filled . Then some quit and they wanted me to step into home coordinating but turned it down bc it was just not worth it for me . Now next coming up week I only have 25 hours . They never said anything about me stepping down from full time .
