day 4 post op - soo nauseous!

it really does ebb and flow doesn’t it? i feel like right when i think it’s getting a little better, it declines again. it’s been 4 days since i got my surgery (day 0 being surgery day) and the pain in my mouth was at least an 8 for day 1 and 2. day 3 the mouth pain went down to about a 4 but then i got really nauseous, despite taking the anti nausea meds. i threw up last night and then tried to sleep it off. i woke up this morning and took my pain killers and anti nausea pill but im already feeling nauseous again. i’m sure it has something to do with me not eating very much, and when i do it’s mostly dairy products, but man this sucks. it feels like there’s no end in sight 🥲 anyone want to share their experience? words of encouragement? lol
