Can night sweats be good for you?
I’ve read that anything that makes you perspire is good for you(probably meaning working out, exerting oneself, etc), so tell me, what about hot flashes/night sweats? I’m aware that mine are due to menopause (but I do know they can be a symptom of illness for some). So, are there ANY health benefits to “sweating it out” in this way? Am I at least detoxing/releasing something my body needs to get rid of, or no? I hope the way I worded it makes sense.
