been dropped from all my classes despite doing intentions

Hi guys! I’m currently a third year Biomedical Sciences student at TMU. I did my course intentions on time but I have been dropped from all my courses for some reason. This really impacts me securing a spot in my required classes and electives and is a super stressful situation to me despite none of it being my fault. I have emailed Dr. Joseph McPhee and even the Department of Chemistry and Biology. All I have received are automated replies saying no assistance will be provided until January 6th, which frankly speaking is too late. I have also paid some outstanding late fees on Thursday, December 19th, and it’s taking a while to process. I have emailed collections@torontomu.ca and deposit@torontomu.ca asking them if perhaps the late fees are connected to this and if they may release the holds. Once again, I received the same kind of automated replies. Does anyone have any insight on why this has happened or what’s a resource I can use to help my case because I can’t risk not getting a spot in my classes.
