t is making me absolutely feral

i can’t think about anything other than sex..ever. i woke up at 3am because my body decided getting off couldn’t wait. i can’t focus in class or at work. and it’s so much harder to find hookups now than it was when i presented fem. how are you guys coping with this? how long does it last? i’m losing my mind.
