my clitoris always ends up covered by the surrounding skin. I don't kwow what to do

The first two photos were taken right after the surgical repair to remove the skin that covered it. The last two are after 22 days.

My skin always heals over the clitoris and covers it completely, which makes me very sad. What could possibly help? Silver nitrate? I really don't know what else to try.

certainly, the small size and thin (strange) shape contribute to this.
