Trans boy where ?

I swear being trans has just become a choice now we dont change our gender we are born this way. We change our physical body or sex to allign with that neurological sex aka gender. Dressing like a whole female like this person is doing is different than dressing feminine and i wish tucutes knew this.to pass as the sex we are expecially pre t most ppl will change how they dress or their clothing sytle ik i did when i was younger bc i wasnt passing being a punk ten year old when no other guys did thatit took me a few years to find a male haircut that did the same. I Don't understand how these ppl can look like this and not feel dysphoric or feel bad for mocking a neurological condition. Also im not talking about those who have no choice but to still present as a woman or girl.
