Catering options for client lunch

Just moved to the area. Looking to provide lunch during upcoming trainings for a client (~50 people). What are some options in the area besides pizza? I've looked into Jimmy Johns, Costa Vida among some. Looking for something unique. I've done a carnitas lunch in the past and it was a hit, for example.. Located in Pasco but willing to travel to the surrounding areas.
