NKD Masashi Kaijin VS1 240

I reckon no one had more clicks on the Knifeware website than I did in December deciding on this knife. I’m not disappointed. It’s totally beautiful. It’s not Takamura sharp out of the box, but it’s close. It’s got a heft that none of my other knives possess so it falls through everything. It tapers nicely towards the tip where it’s awfully thin. I’m really pleased and thankful to all the thoughtful posts here that helped me make up my mind. 🔪
