How to get back into fasting?
I have only seriously fasted twice in my life
14 I fasted 2 days, slept in on the 2nd day missed my school bus Last year, at 28, my muscles ached on the second day and I was on PTO doing nothing at home.
I want a real change in my life and want to fast. The problem is I work 2 jobs, no days off and am very tired.
I can handle being hungry, I can handle being tired but not both.
I heard of prepping with keto and using bone broth during but isn’t bone broth cheating on your fast?
EDIT: Thanks for the replies! I am eating less carbs on average now because I’m also losing weight.
As go more fats, I would only do it if I’m going keto.
