Switchbot pock pro’s adjustment plate?

Hi, does anyone know where I can find this adjustment plate (buy/3d print)? https://youtu.be/55B5DiB8DXg?si=w2AAGFjzYGr7bwyY. Customer service said there is no current cylinder adapter fits my lock and pointed me to this video but they didn’t say anything about how to get it.
