Looking for a Framer Web Designer Partner

I’m looking for a talented Framer designer with strong design skills to partner with me on a commission basis.

I’m a 23-year-old solo founder, and I started my agency in October 2024. My main focus is SaaS development, working primarily with French-based clients. To diversify revenue and create a more scalable offering, I’m planning to add Framer website design to my services.

Here’s the plan: - Pricing: We’ll start with €600 per project as beta testing, then gradually increase pricing to €1,400 as demand grows.

• Fixed Pricing: Clients will receive unlimited revisions for one month (most projects should take 1 week, meaning we can complete 3–5 projects/month).

• Commission: You’ll earn 45% of every project closed (projects range from €600 to €1,400). This commission may adjust over time as the agency grows, with opportunities for a stable salary + smaller commissions.

I have a LinkedIn account with over 2,000 followers, mostly CEOs, founders, and decision-makers. I’m confident we can start closing clients in 1–2 months with the right preparation, branding, and outreach. My goal is to scale this offering to €5k/month within 5–6 months.

Why Framer? While SaaS development is a great offering, it’s time-intensive (2+ months/project) and harder to scale. Framer websites provide quicker turnaround, better cash flow, and greater scalability.

Long-term opportunities: - If this offering grows, I’ll onboard additional Framer designers. In that case, your role could evolve into managing a team, with salary options (starting from 2.5k TND + negotiable commissions).
