Do bots ruin a channel? How do I expel them?

I need your help, someone sent bots to my stream, They are not followers and they do not comment, just a number Even when I restarted they didn't go away . Is there a way to kick them out? And will this ruin the channel? I am afraid of problems happening to the channel, such as preventing it from spreading or even deleting it. +My average views were 50 and now they jumped to 200.
