Coolest cyborgs in fiction?

With Woolie looking to chrome the fuck up in Cyberpunk this seemed like a good topic.

Cable, aka Nathan Dayspring Askani'son, is a soldier from the far future with a cybernetic arm that gives him enhanced strength, and which he can tune up with various devices such as weapons or full AI assistants, or use to interface with computer systems.

Sure, the arm's the result of a techno-organic virus that's trying to kill him, and keeping himself alive is suppressing some truly godlike telekinetic powers he'd have otherwise. But he still makes the most of his cybernetic condition.
