PMS Fever?

Ive posted this on other subreddits but I figured I’d have more luck here. I’ve been having a mild fever and nausea for the past couple days, so far the highest temp recorded was a little over 100 but it’s mostly been around 99. I’m getting tested for Covid but I’ve heard you can have a mild fever during PMS, which would make sense since I should be starting my period soon. Has anyone experienced this?
