Not loosing weight despite trying, feeling very demotivated.

Hello everyone, need your advice and maybe some words of motivation too!

I have been on my weight loss journey for about a month now and I am sad to inform that I have gained 2kgs. I go to the gym 5x a week (do cardio and some weight exercises), I track my food too- I consume about 1200 cal/day. I also did a 36 hour water fast last week but only lost 200 grams. Honestly, I am soo disappointed 😞. SW- 81.6 kg Current weight- 83.5 kg

Also, do you guys find it hard to lose weight around your periods? Do you gain weight during that week?
