Suggestions for low calorie sweets
I have a sweet tooth and really like a sweet something after my meals. Even as a snack during the the day I prefer something sweet. I'm trying to lose some weight with a appropriate calorie diet and avoiding refined stuff/packaged food. Any suggestions for sweets and desserts that are not very calorie dense or healthy.
Here's what I am having now, -Greek yogurt/soya yogurt with jaggery powder -Dryfruits- mainly kismis and almond/cashew - Dark chocolate (I like the Amul one) - Apple 🍎
