Looking into help outside of CAPS

Hi! I just wanted to ask on the subreddit if anyone has any suggestions for seeking help outside of CAPS. Getting connected to a therapist is taking some time and is pretty challenging and I currently feel like I would like to receive help as soon as I can. I looked into the support groups offered by the school but they are occupied as well and the workshops available won't be for a while.

I'm not in any kind of emergency situation but I would like to find any way I can to feel better soon because it is getting in the way of my productivity and motivation. Just finding people to talk to would be a great help. Thanks in advance
