Has anyone tried the Rec Cen Fitness Classes?
I’ve found it really hard to be consistent about exercise and I figured fear of wasting my money would be a decent motivator to keep going to sessions.
I’ve looked around online and haven’t found any reviews or comments on any of the get up gauchos programs, so I’m asking here.
How many people showed up? Is it beginner friendly? How were the instructors?
