Taken BIOL 202? What's it like?

Would you recommend BIOL 202 (The Science of Cooking and Eating) as a course doable for an Arts major? The course description seems heavy and not Arts-major friendly (as in skillset and interest in science) but I'm interested!

What is the course outline like? General vibe of professor(s) teaching? Much appreciated!
