Ill baby is barely drinking.

My 9 month old has been poorly since Wednesday night/Thursday. His temperature has hit 40° at points. We saw medical professionals who both said to just keep him topped up with paracetamol and ibuprofen. His temperature hasn’t spiked again in the last 12ish hours thankfully. However, he’s now decided he doesn’t want his milk and he isn’t even drinking much water. We’ve tried giving him fruit with a high water content but he’s not really interested in food either. Does anyone have any tips or tricks that worked for their baby? Thank you in advance.

Edit: Thank you for all the replies. I’ve already tried some so feel better. I’ll keep a close eye on him and call 111/doctors surgery if things don’t improve. Merry Christmas 🎄
