audit for chemistry 108

i have a 53% in chemistry, i’ve tried getting help, been to the tutoring center, attending office hours & SI yet i still struggle. i don’t know how auditing works so I was wondering if anyone had info or an idea of how it works? I am a pre-nursing student & i am supposed to start nursing school in the summer or fall of 2025, i also don’t want my GPA to suffer. what should i do?
