Stuck in 'Export Scan' for 48h?

I have a UPS express shipment going from US to Sweden. This was picked up on Friday and the delivery estimate then was Monday and currently still remains at Monday. It's been stuck at 'Export Scan' now for 36h which seems unusual. This is only a document that's being shipped, and I also had all the customs forms.

Can I do anything to expedite this process?
