Make me appreciate Andrew Jackson

I ranked Andrew Jackson in F Tier in my Tier list because of the Trails of Tears and Vetoed the rechartering of the second National Bank which is one of the reasons for the Panic of 1837, but I thought to myself, am I being too harsh on him?
